Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Rice knew he wanted to become a dentist in his junior year of college. After shadowing in a dental practice and seeing what an incredible impact dentists can have on their local communities, he knew it was the path for him. Years later, he couldn’t be happier with his choice.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
A graduate of the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University, Dr. Rice has continued his education and progress since finishing school. He is certified to offer Solea laser treatments and has also completed advanced training focused on traditional and clear aligner orthodontics, esthetic dentistry, and 3D printing.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Rice and his wife, Victoria, live in Hartwell and enjoy small-town life together in north Georgia. She is also a dentist, and they met while in dental school. While they talk about dentistry often, they also enjoy visiting National Parks, going on hikes, and playing tennis.
